Meet Jane Ebury

Jane has been plotting a course in Sarasota real estate since 2009 and lives it on many levels. Not only did she grow up with a father in construction, her husband Paul works in the homebuilding industry as a superintendent for a custom waterfront builder in Sarasota, Murray Homes. Combining her insider knowledge of the family business with an exceptional track record as a Realtor®, Jane knows what it takes to build, maintain, and purchase a home. She has personally invested, remodeled, and sold properties in the UK and in Sarasota and Manatee, giving her firsthand knowledge of what it takes to redefine a home to bring maximum resale dollar value both in the luxury and mid-range market.

The heart of Jane’s success has been her desire to go the extra mile for her customers. This has brought countless repeat business and referrals. She explains, “It’s not just about finding or selling a home, it’s about educating your buyer or seller and understanding their needs and goals. Once you have that, you can deliver a level of service that makes the process enjoyable and get the desired results. My customers have the confidence that I am looking out for their best interest.”

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jane moved to Sarasota in 2005 with her husband and two children. They quickly realized the lifestyle, opportunities and culture of Sarasota where too good to leave! In her spare time, she loves to cook, spend time with her family on their boat, and travel.

Welcome to Sarasota

Located south of the Tampa Bay area and north of Fort Myers, Florida, Sarasota is that rare kind of place that combines small-town charm with big-city amenities in a way that makes it the envy of municipalities many times larger. There are few other communities on earth that offer the unique combination of year-round sunshine, pristine Gulf beaches, a bustling economy, an energetic arts scene, and a sophisticated laid-back lifestyle.

Long known as a hub of cultural activity, Sarasota is brimming with an array of performing arts and cultural attractions. Residents and visitors can delight in a night of theater, opera, or ballet, or enjoy one of the many music, film, and food and wine festivals that take place each year. There is no shortage of shopping with unique boutiques, antique shops and galleries, and internationally known designer shops. For those in search of the sporting life, both active sport fanatics and casual sideline fans will revel in the diversity of recreational pursuits that are available to enthusiasts of all levels. The area boasts adventurous backwater and deep-sea fishing, kayaking, sailing, power boating, competitive tennis, and over 100 championship golf courses at all levels of challenge.

With their powder-white sands and gentle azure waters, Sarasota's barrier island communities of Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, and Casey Key are truly special. Sparkling and beautiful miles of gulf, calm bays, and gentle inland waterways invite exploration. Then, at the end of each day, the glorious tropical sun sinks dramatically below the horizon. Enjoy one of our legendary sunsets and you'll understand why Sarasota has etched itself on the heart of so many newcomers from around the world and every walk of life.
